The Human Resources Department is responsible for all processes related to hiring and supporting district employees.  This includes recruitment processes, employee documentation and record-keeping, health and safety management, contract interpretation and negotiation, communication of human resource policies, dispatch of casual employees, conflict management and dispute resolution, and assistance in change management and reallocation of resources.
