LINKING SCHOOLS AND THE COMMUNITY
The community has excellent services which have been in place for many years.  The school district's early years' initiatives allow us to link the community resources and services with those of the public school system.

Early Years Program

Successful learning, positive behaviour and good health can be directly linked to positive, nurturing and supportive early development.  Early intervention is the key to success.  School District 68's Early Year Program is working to:

• Create opportunities to develop  connections and work in collaboration with the broader community.

• Enhance programs and provide services and support for families and young learners.

• Meet the developmental needs of children prior to entering school.
