Please note

Exams will be written during specified times only.  There will not be afternoon sittings for any of the exams.

All exams are written in electronic format only.

All exams are two hours in duration, with an extension of up to one hour, if required.  Students may not leave the exam session before one hour has elapsed.  Late students will not be permitted to join the exam session after 30 minutes has elapsed from the exam start time.

Students from outside of School District 68 must present picture ID and their Personal Education Number (PEN) when signing in prior to exam sitting.

Any items not specifically authorized for the exam (e.g. notes, cell phones or other electronic devices) will not be permitted at the exam workstation and must be left in the designated area.  Detection of any such item will result in disqualification.

When calculators are required, they must be inspected by the invigilator before the exam.  Students must remove calculators from their cases and place the cases on the floor for the duration of the exam.  The current calculator policy can be found at www.bced.gov.bc.ca/exams.
