The Cilaire Elementary Seismic Mitigation Project includes a seismic upgrade, to address the Seismic Project Investigation Report (SPIR) findings, renovation of Woodland Secondary School to be used as swing space for this and future seismic mitigation projects. There are two separate design and construction management contracts.
