Page 4 It was wonderful to see how the students respond to him. Knowing he would be there, one student gave him a specially prepared meal! Moy travels among many schools to ensure that our over 100 Arabic speaking students are well supported and can communicate their needs or concerns. His ability to communicate with parents and community members is truly a gift. This highly recognized program brings students from around the world. This year, there are students from China, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Belize and Canada. This turns out to be a valuable experience for all involved and it brings a special global connection for NLPS students and staff. Brooks goes on to say, “This was a wonderful visit, once again! The students are so interested in how our schools look, sound and feel. It is an eye opener for us when our guests speak of the differences between our school and back home.” Most of the students in the program teach in their home countries but wish to broaden their leadership knowledge with eventually taking on formal leadership roles when they return home. 
