Get ready to work in the coffee industry! This course is geared towards budding barista’s who want to develop skills related to specialty coffee; including customer service, taking orders, and food safety. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of the history of coffee, in addition to the growing, roasting, and blending processes.  Participants will learn about operations of commercial 1 group, 2 group espresso machines and the grinder. Certificate upon completion.
