StrongStart is a school-based, free, drop-in program for families with young children (aged birth to five).

StrongStart Notices

Most StrongStart Centres are open from 9:00am-12:00pm

StrongStart Centres follow the same schedule as schools and are closed on professional development days and all holidays.

Our StrongStart facilitators will once again be supporting the transition to Kindergarten for school start up. StrongStarts open for families from 10:00am-12:00pm from Monday, Sept. 21 through to Friday, Oct. 9. StrongStarts will open to full hours of 9:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday, Oct. 13th after the Thanksgiving Day holiday.

StrongStart closures for the fall are:

October 12, 23 and 26

November 11, 17 and 30

December 18 – January 3

Nature Play Day for all StrongStarts on November 6 at Westwood from 9:00am-12:00pm
