You’ll learn the fundamentals—throwing techniques, passing, defense, and the basic rules—while building the skills you need to jump into real gameplay. Whether you’re brand new or just looking to improve, this is a great way to get active, meet people, and enjoy the sport.

Programs may be cancelled due to low registration
